Orders

What is the processing time for my order?

Order processing takes 2-3 business days, although most of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method.

Is it possible to modify an order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Orders are forwarded for fulfillment immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery of products for your pet.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

After placing an order it cannot be canceled because it is sent to fulfillment immediately so it reaches your pet as quickly as possible. However, remember that you can return the order after you receive it.

Can I order goods with shipping abroad?

We currently ship only within Poland.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, depending on the selected shipping method. You will see the exact amount in the order summary at checkout before placing your order.

When will I receive a refund for the returned goods?

Refunds for returned merchandise are processed within 14 days from the moment we receive the return shipment.

What should I do if I received a damaged shipment or the wrong product?

If you receive a damaged package or the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at: kontakt@nandog.pl. Please remember to include photos of the damage or describe the issue. We will do everything to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please provide your order number when contacting us.

What should I do if I forgot my account password?

If you forgot the password for your account, click the ‘Forgot password’ option on the login page and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Do I need to have an account to make purchases?

No, having an account is not required to place an order. You can make a purchase as a guest, but registering an account allows you to track orders and place future orders more quickly.

Can I change or update the address details provided during registration?

Yes, you can change or update your address details at any time by logging into your account. In the ‘My account’ section you will find an option to edit your information, allowing you to keep your details up to date.

Can I check my order history?

Yes, after logging into your account, in the 'My Orders' section you can view your complete order history, including the current status and details of past purchases.
